Privacy and publishing guide
Private: only you and people you authorize can read this. Unlisted: anyone with the link can read and forward it. It will not appear in our public directory or sitemap. Public: anyone can read this, and search engines may index it after moderation.
Saving a draft never updates an older published snapshot. Returning to private revokes sharing links. Downloaded copies, screenshots and external caches may persist after revocation.
Plain-language limits
Free accounts include 100 documents, 100 retained revisions per document, 200 KB of source per document and 100 re-encoded raster images. Image uploads accept JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB. Save requests are limited to 60 per minute; image uploads to 10 per hour.
The open document can retain an offline draft in this browser. A fresh workspace load requires a connection. Sign out using the workspace control to clear device drafts. Browser storage can be evicted; export important work.
HTML and links
Submitted scripts, forms, embeds, styles and external images are removed. HTML is sanitized on the server and previews run in a script-disabled sandbox. This reduces risk; it is not an absolute security guarantee.
Approved editorial links can be published as standard crawlable links. Search engines independently decide whether and how to count them. Unreviewed links use nofollow and ugc. Paid or affiliate content must be disclosed to the moderator and retains sponsored link treatment.
Current delivery boundaries
The sharing catalog has 32 destinations with explicit copy-and-paste fallbacks; X and Bluesky have documented composer links. Not every platform mark or device integration has been independently validated. PDF downloads use an embedded font and deterministic document layout, including uploaded images. Unsupported glyphs produce a clear error with an HTML-export fallback. HTML downloads embed authorized images. Scheduled publication and cleanup are checked hourly, not exact to the minute. Physical iPhone Safari testing and a complete auditor certification are not implied.
